Crazy Woman says “I wish I had a sale for every time I heard someone say “Real-it-ee” (Realitor) or Real-it-tor” (Reality). There’s no “I” in those words Bubba!” For two reasons; aside from the obvious spelling and pronunciation, the most important reason is when you are working with a Realtor, you are not simply working with a single real estate agent or licensee selling a property. You are working with a network of Real Estate Agents with a common goal, bringing buyers to sellers and selling property. The Realtor designation is priveledged use title to only Realtors, those belonging to the Association of Realtors.

If you had a $100,000 legal question, would you deal with it without the help of an attorney? When selecting your real estate professional, look for the Realtor, go with the real estate professional and national networking ability of a Realtor.
