  • PHOTOGRAPHS– Your first impression for a potential buyer is your photographs. People are visual – give them a sight!

    5. GET A VARIETY OF PHOTOS SHOWING TYPES OF TREES, FRUIT, GRASSES, ETC.
    6. AVOID PICTURES OF ALL GRASS OR ALL TREES
    7. PUT SOMETHING IN THE FOREGROUND TO SHOW DEPTH OF FIELD, SUCH AS A TREE BRANCH IN CORNER
    8. BUILDINGS – ALLOW SURROUNDINGS TO FRAME BUILDING
    9. TRY AND GET STRAIGHT AND HORIZONTAL PHOTOGRAPHS
    10. INSIDE – GET 70-80 % OF THE FLOOR IN THE PICTURE
    11. CLEAN UP AND PUT AWAY, CLUTTER CLOSES IN A ROOM
    12. USE SUPPLIED PHOTO LIST AND GET AS COMPLETE AS POSSIBLE TO FULL PHOTO ESSAY
